The Acada engineering team follows the APQP4Wind standard for project management. APQP4Wind is a common Advanced Product Quality Planning method for the global wind industry that helps your company reduce risk and lower the costs of poor quality.
The Acada project management applies APQP4Wind standards and takes advantage of the principles of this method.
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical Design with Autodesk Inventor, Ansys, complete with 3D, 2D, production drawings, assembly drawings, quality control drawings, BoM, static report and everything required by customer.
Electrical Engineering
Electrical Design with WSCad and, complete with Wiring Plans, BoMs, Risk Assessments, Control Plans and Maintenance Plans.
Finite Elements Analysis
We evaluate our own designs as well as external designs for stability and durability according to standards, project requirements, and customer specifications. With Ansys, we are using the best solution on the market.
Software Coding
Whenever our machine designs do need software to function on purpose, or adjustments to the software of components we apply, our team is able to do this in house.
Process Engineering
We do not leave you with the drawings. The Acada engineering team will provide you with everything that is necessary to setup the complete production and quality control process.
