Delivery countries
We deliver to Germany, to all other countries of the European Union, to the United Kingdom and to Switzerland.
For deliveries to other countries, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the delivery country. For deliveries within the European Union, we state the amounts net and gross, including 19% VAT. You will see the exact amount for your order during checkout, before you pay.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we state the shipping costs net.

For shipments over 600 kg, such as large energy storage systems, we will quote the transport price on request.
Other countries
For deliveries to other countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 150.00 € net per order. It applies to shipments up to 1,000 kg.
Delivery times
All delivery times are stated in working days (Monday to Friday). If you pay in advance by bank transfer, the delivery time starts when we receive your payment.

For deliveries to Switzerland and other countries, we will let you know the delivery time on request.

You can pay in our online shop with the following payment methods:
- Payment in advance by bank transfer: You will receive our bank details once you have completed your order. As soon as your payment has reached us, we will prepare your order for shipping.
