Tower flange platforms according EN 50308
Depending on project requirements, we can design the platforms in steel or aluminum. Each design is always delivered with verifiable structural calculations and a complete installation manual. We manufacture the components following our ISO 9001-certified process and provide all parts as an installation kit (KIT), including detailed installation instructions for on-site assembly.
Tower ladders tested according EN ISO 14122-4
The conditions within the tower determine the ladder design, with widths of 470 mm, 490 mm, or 520 mm being standard in the wind industry. These dimensions can also be customized to meet specific project requirements. Each ladder features triple-secured rungs on both sides and specially shaped rails to ensure maximum stability for all wind turbine applications. The ladders are also perfectly suited for use as a guide for the Acada service lift. Before the ladder sets are assembled into kits, Acada pre-installs the customer-specified fall protection system on the ladders. This significantly reduces installation times at the construction site.
Servicelifts certified EN 81-44
Ladder-guided, rope-guided, or rack-and-pinion drive – Acada has the right solution to meet your specific requirements. Certified according to EN 81-44, the service lift for the wind turbine must be carefully planned in close coordination with platform openings, platform railings, and the tower ladder. Guardrails in wind turbines must provide service technicians with robust protection against the many hazards posed by height and the moving components within the lift shaft. Acada designs the guardrails entirely according to customer specifications during the design phase, carefully addressing the diverse challenges associated with installation, operation, and maintenance of the wind turbine.
